HOW TO CREATE A SAUCE
HOUSE MADE DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE - MAKES 24 FL. OZ. (709 ML)
In a bowl or shaker mix together 1 lb (453g) cafe powder with 1 cup (237 ml) cold water or desired liquid. Keep sauce chilled, not letting temperature rise above 40 F degrees / 4 C degrees. Use within 24 hours.
